Introduction

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”
– Nelson Mandela.

An education, in my opinion, should be guided by those who are also active learners.
Educators who continue their education, whether through college courses, professional
development, or other means, are not only leaders in their field, but also positive and inspiring
role models for their students and children. We all have the ability to learn in education, we each
have our own set of skills and expertise. We are different individuals We have our own
individuality.

As we observe we need to consider the goals that we need to achieve both students and
teachers. We need to observe theirs actions and listens to their comments to determine the
different strategies they choose to attain their goal. We need to be flexible, reflect to be a student,
a teacher and a leader. Determining different strategies will strengthen the value of an educator.

As observers, we have gut feelings and are unsure if we can overcome difficulties. We
will reach a point where we will blame ourselves for not being a better person. We are afraid to
fall short of expectations that everyone has for us. But, as an observer, I believe that there is
always a process. A learning process that will enable us to overcome all of our doubts and
worries from the beginning. We may make mistakes, but there is always the opportunity to
correct them. We should be aware of our strengths and weaknesses so that we can work with
them effectively.

Education is, without a doubt, the most powerful weapon I have to alter the world. I'm
now pursuing my dream of becoming a teacher so that I may show and share my passion,
knowledge, and abilities with every student and help them become one of the most powerful
weapons for changing the world. I am grateful to be a key in someone's lock, assisting them in
opening it and serving as their guide on their path.
