1. Introduction to Workfront
a) How to access Abode Workfront?

2. Request Submission
a) How to submit a request?
1. Select the main menu in the top right corner and click on Requests.

2. Select the option: New Request on the top right corner

3. Select/Type to search for the team name in Request type field & select the appropriate team you
want to submit a request to.

4. After selecting the team, select further appropriate choices to be able to channel the request
accordingly.

5. You may also use the share path option to the right of the page to save the URL of your selection in
order to be able to automatically access this path in future.

6. Update required information under the section - Details
a. Subject: Add a title to the request.
b. Description: Add detailed description of the issue covering problem statement and the current
scenario

7. Fill in all the relevant questions in the intake form(s) that pop up based on the selected path in
the beginning and upload any necessary documentation from the bottom of the request page and
hit submit

8. Click on close to cancel the submission process


9. Click on Discard draft to delete your draft.

b) Where to find the request I submitted?

1. Click on Requests from the main menu


2. Click on the hyperlink to the name of the submission.

3. You can also review it through the hyperlink in below notification.

c) How to edit my submitted request


1. After you open the submitted request, click on the pencil option in the top right of the page.

2. Click on the section where editing is needed.


3. Click on Save Changes from the bottom.

d. How to close accidentally submitted requests?


As a requestor, you have the option to edit the status of the submitted request.
1. In the Issue page, click on Update and add an update informing the resolver group that this is an
accidental submission.

2. In the Issue page, to the top right corner, under Approvals, select “recall” option to void this
accidental submission.

1. In the Issue page, click on Update and add an update with the question(s)

b) How to reply to an update or question?


1. In the Updates section, click Reply to an existing update and add your reply and
add an update with the question(s) and click Reply to post the response to the
update.

4. Attaching and viewing documents related to the request

1. In the Issue page, click Documents and upload a document from various available sources.

a) Search
1. In the Requests page, click on the right side to open the type & find field and type the
keyword to let the tool find relevant search results.

b) Filters
1. In the Requests page, click filters icon to the right side to open the different types
of filters & select any one filter to let the tool find relevant search results.

c) Quick peek window


1. In the Requests page, click any specific issue (not the hyperlinked names) and
then click window icon to the right side to open the Quick peek window for the
selected issue.

2. You may add Update, attach Documents automatically from the Quick peek window without
actually opening the issue page.
