correct answer to each of the questions from 34 to 38.
GENDER EQUALITY
‘There have always been differences in the types of work that men and women have done. (34)
the trend in modern times has been for both men and women to have greater freedom of
choice in terms of employment. Some people might say that there is no need to go further. However, in
my view, wherever possible, gender equality should be encouraged.
‘There may indeed be good arguments for allowing certain posts to remain predominantly male
or female.
Where all-male or all-female groups exist, there may be a need for related posts to be held by men and
women respectively. Patients in all-female hospital wards, for example, would probably appreciate
having female nurses look after them. It could also be argued that (35) jobs requiring a great
4deal of physical strength, coal mining, or logging, for example, should continue to be done mainly by
men.
However, in the vast majority of situations, making occupations more open to both genders has
distinct advantages. Men and women can bring slightly different (36) and approaches to a
job, Female police officers, for example, may have a greater understanding of domestic violence and a
better (37) of strategies for dealing with this problem. Male pi
nary school teachers probably
have a better understanding of the needs of young boys and can serve as good role models for them.
The changes (38) ____ result from allowing men into female-dominated occupations and vice versa
may be subtle, but they are far-reaching. However, to benefit the most from this development, it is
important not to expect males and females to approach work in identical ways.

‘VND80,000 per day. Medics who come from other regions to fight the pandemic in HCMC have found
it difficult to consume food cooked in ways that are different from what they are used to. This makes
them lose their appetite and their health is affected. Even going out to buy snacks is a stressful process
for the medi
because they are strictly questioned and intrusively inspected by checkpoint task
forces,
Son said hospitals must now guarantee medics enough time off at the end of their shift, avoid
their having to work nonstop for a long time, and restrict the use of medical staff in administrative
positions, When there is a lack of human resources for administrative tasks, students and volunteers
can be mobilized, the ministry has suggested. Food suppliers should also adjust their dishes to suit the
5taste of those from different regions and there should be no drop in the quality of meals for infected
medics, Son sait

Of all the trends that we see come and go in the modern age, Greenism is one that has been a
long time coming. Not enough can be said about the need for preserving the environment, especially
at this point in the history of the Earth, We have an ongoing pandemic, natural disasters that are
wrecking homes and lives, the extinction of many animals, and the constant drain on the ecosystem.
‘We are no longer talking about Greenism as just an ideology or belief. What started out as an
idea in the 1970s, has now become a full-blown movement and to an extent a political ideology. The
simple goal of Greenism is to raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation. It
sheds light on how the environment is directly linked to human health and the only way in which the
environment can be restored is through the application of science and conscious, sustainable, natural
practices,More and more people realize the importance of sustainable practices in their everyday
production and consumption. Despite its many drawbacks, certain members of the global fashion
industry are trying to move away from all the years of activities that harmed the environment, and are
moving towards more sustainable, environment-friendly practices. Some brands make it a point to
return what they took from the environment by planting trees for every certain number of products
sold, etc. Some brands also make only use those methods of production that have a minimal impact on
the environment.
To an extent, Greenism places the blame on capitalism and heady consumerism for the current
condition of the environment and it means to take proper measures in order to help eradicate these
ion of nature. There has been debate about the
effects through increasing awareness for the conserve
true nature of Greenism as many point out that Greenism, under the guise of being environmentally
motivated, exploits its very resources and feeds off capitalism.
Itis also important to note that this questioning of Greenism motives has been in the works for
a long time, on the surface, it appears to work towards the betterment of the environment but has
inadvertently caused more harm in its wake. There has been a lot of backlash against the Greenism
movement and against used methods to achieve its purpose,
