Report for The Endoscopy Computer
This computer was purposely used in the endoscopy room for the seekview software which on
crashing had to be reinstalled. An engineer from BrightTech Healthcare was contacted to
reinstall the software so as to get the hospital working as usual.
The software was rightly installed but it unfortunately crashed again. The engineer took action to
get the computer working again because it had started to malfunction. He got the computer
serviced though the blackout persisted. Right now the computer can power but can not output
graphics signals.
Recommendation
BrightTech Healthcare limited is in position to provide the software only if the hospital can
secure another computer.
