Transplantation/Translocation of various girth of standing trees.

Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject and your quotation, we are pleased to issue the work order
for Transplantation/Translocation of various girth of standing trees as per the terms and
conditions given under DFO’s letter no. 2660 dated 22.12.2021, Tirhut Forest division,
Muzaffarpur.
We are presenting this Work Order in duplicate; please return one copy of this Work Order duly
signed this in token of acceptance.

01 Rate for Transplantation/Translocation of 12 %

various girth of standing tree including all (Twelve percentage)

manpower, equipments, tools & tackles to be rebate upon RCD net

SPECIFICATION :

All the specification given under DFO’s permission (copy enclosed) shall be followed by party
i.e M/s Green Valley.
All work shall be in accordance with the requirements of the RCD and Forest Department,
Govt.of Bihar. No payment shall be made in respect of work not accepted by the department.
All expenditure incurred in this work will be part of the work, no other payment will be
accepted.

PAYMENT TERMS
The Payment shall be paid only after received from Department.

TAXES & DUTIES


GST and TDS of Income Tax shall be done as per prevailing rules.

ESCALATION
No escalation is applicable or will be allowed.

DISPUTES
If any dispute regarding the performance of this Work Order / Agreement is reckoned each party
shall notify in writing with such dispute to the other party within 7 days of occurring the same.
Both parties will try their level best to settle the dispute amicably. In case the effected party is
not satisfied, the dispute shall be referred to the Jurisdiction of Delhi & Bihar

WORK ORDER
This work order shall supersede all discussions and correspondences made prior to the start date
mentioned. Unless otherwise it is specifically stipulated that such a document forms part of the
Work Order is governed by Laws of India and shall be subject to Courts of Delhi/New Delhi.
