Abstract:
The study aimed to clarify the role played by the blue ocean strategy through its
dimensions (increase, exclusion, decrease, innovation) in achieving performance excellence in
Medea Algeria Telecom .Hence, the descriptive analytical approach has been used to analyze
the study tool (questionnaire) through SPSS software. The most important findings showed
that the company applies the dimensions of the blue ocean strategy to a high degree, which
made it possesses a distinguished position at the local level. Moreover, there is a positive
correlation between the study variables. The study recommended that the decision-makers in
this company should pay more attention to dimensions that have little significance, typically
the exclusion dimension, as it is the less important dimension in terms of application.
Therefore, it can be widely applied to achieve different performance excellence levels.
