1.Project Overview
The target of this project is to build a fiber cement board production plant,to produce fiber
cement board for construction, decoration, medical, power plants, chemical companies, large
shopping malls, hotels, closed clothing markets, theaters and other public places,and sell the
boards to the whole Afghanistan and other places.The annual production of fiber cement board
production line is 3 million square meters.It will take 5 years to complete the plant construction,
equipment production, installation, and testing of the machine.After the production line is in
normal operation, all investment will be recovered within 2 years.

2.Project Introduction

2.1 Introduction

Fiber cement board is widely used as general industrial, agricultural, Farming, national defense,
commercial, residential and other building materials due to its low cost, high flatness, wide use,
superior performance and price over other building materials.
The machine has mature production technology, high degree of automation, easy operation, low
labor intensity, high production efficiency. The whole machine adopts PLC automatic control
system and pneumatic theory, and can produce asbestos tiles, calcium silicate panel,FC pannel
and other decorating plank.
Thus, the market prospect of the fiber cement board manufacturing machine is very broad.

2.2 Main Equipment

Fiber cement board equipment, also known as cement pressure board equipment, is mainly
made of natural fiber (serpentine asbestos), cement (silicate cement), silicon powder and other
additional materials.It adopts a special production process, and is processed into a building board
by various processes such as pulping, copying (or slurrying), molding, cutting, pressing, and
curing. At the same time, it is one of the key new wall building materials approved by the
National Development and Reform Commission.

2.3 Applications

Fiber cement slabs are used in a wide range of applications. Sheets can be used for ceiling
materials and can be perforated as sound absorbing ceilings. Conventional slabs can be used for
wall and or decorative materials, indoor (toilet) partition curtain wall lining, composite wall
panels, outdoor billboards, metallurgy, electric furnace insulation panels, electrical distribution
cabinets, transformer partitions, etc. Can be used as LOFT steel structure floor panels, attic
panels, exterior wall insulation panels, exterior wall panels, etc.

Recommended location:

2.4 Product Specifications

The international standard is 1220×2440mm, which can be cut freely if other smaller sizes are

maintain stable performance without sag or deformation.
(3) Thermal and acoustic insulation: low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation properties,

(4) Light weight and high strength: The sheet pressed by the 5000-ton flat hydraulic press not
only has high strength, but also is not easy to be deformed and warped; the weight is small and
suitable for roofing and other aspects.

performance.
(6) Economical and beautiful: light weight, with the keel, effectively reduce the cost of
engineering and decoration; the appearance of the color is uniform, the surface is flat, direct use
can make the building surface color uniform.
(7) Safe and harmless: lower than the national “ radiation health protection standards for

5.1 Marketing Environment
