CONCLUSION
In study of RAWE (Rural Awareness Work Experience)
Programme I have learnt that Host Farmer had optimum profit in 2019-20
Cropping pattern. Loni Kh village have greater Infrastructure, and low
hospitality facilities. But then Farmers are growing their income readily on
the basis of skills. Mr. Bahasaheb Ramrao Aher Managed production
management of Maize, Soybeen, Onion, Sugarcane and Pomegranate.
Disposal of this commodities are done smoothly in the Nearby markets as
per his convenience and market price of the commodities and He make
strong economy from their income sources using available resources. He
generates most of his income from vegetables crops i.e Onion. He is a well
Educated farmer and does not rely only on agriculture due to high risks in
agriculture.

Findings of RAWE study which have been obtained from

participatory techniques has delivered some useful information in respect
of various socio-eco-technological aspects in the area under study. The
information have been generated by adopting PRA and Field Study
technique. These Information will be helpful for adopting a long term
strategy for overall growth of the village. Alternative Farm plan/ Optimum
Farm was designed for the farmer to suggest him optimization in inputs
use and increase his profitability of crops in the same existing cropping
pattern.
