Greetings of peace amidst the Corona Virus pandemic.
It has been a struggling period to all of us since the strike of this Corona Virus
pandemic. All sectors of the community have been affected particularly in changing their
regular way of undertaking business, jobs, and their way of life as a whole. In the sector of
the academe, we are adopting different methodologies to ensure that the educational services
to our learners are continuously delivered to them. However, there are some issues that this
educational institution would like to impart to your office, particularly the identified physical
facilities that are needed in order to provide such effective delivery of services and prepare
the school for the possible comeback of our learners in face to face setting as soon as the
government allows the same.
In this instance, we would like to request the assistance of your office for the
construction of school pavilion that will surely beneficial for our entire clienteles. Rest
assured that such project will be given preferential attention of our school administration for
its maintenance

In the past two years, it has been a challenging period for us since the emergence of
this Corona Virus pandemic. Such a pandemic devastated the world up to the very least
community particularly changing our normal way of undertaking our business, jobs, and our
way of life as a whole. As part of the academe, we are thinking of ways on how to provide
assistance to our learners and their family even in the simplest ways that we could have.
Hence, we are planning to conduct a Gift Giving project in connection with the celebration of
the yuletide season.
