AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I,Gauri Shankar,aged about 55 years,Son of Nathu Ram,


resident of Sector 28,Singhalpur Village, Shalimar Bagh,North West
Delhi do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as under:

1. That the deponent is a applicant in this Securitisation Application. The


deponent has gone through relevant papers and records and as such he is
well conversant with the fact of the case and competent to depose the same
on oath before this Hon’ble Tribunal.

2. That the deponent have send the Securitization Application to all the
Defendants.

3. That the deponent thereafter send copy of all the applications,securitization


application along with annexures to the defendants by registered post
through service provide bearing consignment number EU622976160IN The
deponent further submit that all the applications were duly served vide
registered post on 30th November,2021.A true copy of postal receipt along
with tracking reports are collectively annexed herewith as Annexure No.
01 to this affidavit.

4. That in the light of above mention facts and circumstances the service is
deemed to be sufficient upon all the Defendants therefore the present
affidavit may kindly be taken on record and the case may kindly be listed
before Hon’ble Presiding Officer for disposal of aforesaid applications in the
interest of justice
