Construction Regulation 28
CR 28(a) A contractor must, in addition to compliance with the provisions for the
Stacking of articles in the General Safety Regulations, 2003, ensure that a
competent person is appointed in writing with the duty of supervising all
stacking and storage on a construction site;

GSR 8 (1) (a) The stacking operation is executed under the personal supervision of a
person with specific knowledge and experience of this type of work.
