Crazy Sentences

Level: ​Beginners to lower intermediate (A1 - B1)


Time: ​15 - 20 Minutes

Method
1. First, print and cut out the three sets of cards below (adjectives, nouns and verbs). Do
not mix the cards.
2. Place the cards face down in three stacks on the table.
3. The first students selects a card and makes a sentence. If the sentence is correct they
can keep the card. If it is not correct the next student takes their turn. If the student can
use both his card and the previous student’s card in a correct sentence then they may
keep both cards.
4. Continue play until all the cards are taken. The student who has the most cards is the
winner.
5. Enjoy and have fun!
