Application of Performance Review Software

The annual review of performance is often disliked by both the superior and the

subordinate. Moreover, it is time consuming. Several companies developed software

that may make the evaluations among superiors more consistent by providing a

structure to the appraisal. The paper-based evaluation may be replaced or

complemented with web-based appraisal.
