The NF Notepad Music video started off with a long-distance view in a dark room with a
stack of papers on the floor. This happened around 9 seconds into the start of the song.
There are short snippets of different locations in the video of where NF was born. This
happened around 18 seconds into the song. Slow motion effect is used mostly when he is in
the dark room with the stack of papers on the floor. They used two locations that they
switched from trying to change the locations with the beat and the lyrics. The camera for the
whole song is a mixture of distance videoing and medium to far range videoing.

Good News Music Video Analyst:
In Good News by Apashe Music video they have changed to different locations in sync with
the music (so to speak every time the snare hits they change to a different scene in the song
or a different location. To me this is very clever filming. The video to me is saying that the
good news of the world is that they are overthrowing the government but by doing so they
are turning against each other. There are different levels of distance to medium range of
filming in this video. What I mean by that is there are moments when the camera is rotating
in a circle for a period of time or there is a camera shot of a location or there are several
camera shots of people dancing to the song.

Ain’t No Sunshine Music Analyst:
In Ain’t No Sunshine music video, they at the start have used quite a close shot on the main
vocal part. After a certain amount of lyrics or bars they then zoom out for you to see the
other band players. They use a rotating camera for all of us to see all of the band members
in one short shot. They have used fading out effects to transition into the next bit of the
video. At one part of the song they zoom in only on his face so you can see the richness of
the lyrics that he sings.

Dear God By Dax Music Video Analyst:
The video starts with a short Jesus Story of him being whipped by the romans. This effect is
used to help the audience understand what the video is about. There are many close ups of
Dax rapping, standing still, rapping while carrying the cross. I like how they have kept the
theme with Jesus being whipped and crucified. The way they have done the video is very
strong with emotion and raw. They used a rotating camera at some points in the video to get
the effect of getting the background and to get everything else in the same shot.
