This document lists and compares the books of the Old Testament as they are ordered and included in the Orthodox, Roman Catholic, and Protestant canons. The Orthodox and Roman Catholic canons include some additional books not found in the Protestant canon, such as 1-2 Maccabees, Wisdom of Solomon, and Sirach. There are also some differences in how certain books are named or grouped between the canons, such as 1-2 Kings in the Protestant canon being called 3-4 Kings in the Roman Catholic canon. However, the core books of the Old Testament are consistently included across all three canons.
