Position: SR.TELECOM SPECIALIST (RF PLANNING)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Resolve customer’s issues regarding RF Planning & Optimization tool installation, license issue, upgrades &
technical support.
Radio Network Design & Planning of Outdoor 2G, 3G, 4G and LTE Networks using Macro Site.
Technically responsible for 4G RF Planning & Optimization tools & solutions
Prepare end-to-end activity schedule for all planned and unplanned activities and monitor them closely to
deliver on time.
Ensure all project deliverables are executed per the requirements of the design control procedure.
Define, create and disseminate reports that allow evaluation of the corresponding project status and
progress.
Maintain Monthly PAN India 2G, 3G & 4G rollout & coverage delivery report on time.
Responsible for all DoT, TRAI, Regulatory related work on requirement basis.
Responsible to published all Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly dashboard to management.
Responsible to prepare all DoT/TRAI/REGULATORY Reports & share with client.
Responsible for operations of multiple tools like UGIS, SIWA & able to provide the Training to circle teams on
different tools.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
B.Tech/B.E./ M.Tech is preferred.
8-10 years of experience in RF (GSM/WCDMA/LTE) would be preferred.
Should be able to handle the team.
Sound knowledge in RF Planning & Optimization, Radio Access Network, Cognitive Radio, Femto Cells,
OFDM/OFDMA, 4G Planning.
Deep understanding of multiple technologies GSM/WCDMA/LTE.
Good Knowledge of Link budget, Model Tuning & CW Test. Calculation of prediction simulation with respect
to general models used in Mentum Planet
Hands-on Knowledge of Mentum Planet tool, MapInfo & MS Excel.
Must have the knowledge of Path Loss Calculation for Prediction Coverage.
Basic knowledge of SQL queries, Buffer, Distance Calculator in MapInfo.
Knowledge of other Planning tools Atoll, Asset.
Managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong Problem Solving and Resolution skills.
Knowledge on Model Tuning shall be desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
