b. Trainee Requirements 
● Can communicate in basic English either oral and written
● At least high school graduate
● Physically and mentally fit
● With good moral character
● Can perform basic mathematical question
● With laptop, desktop, tablet or android phone
● With internet connection
● Must have Ecopy of the following requirements:
-Form 137 or High School Card or ALS Certificate
-Birth Certificate
-ID Picture (1x1, 2x2 and Passport Size) 3 Copies each.

c. Trainer Requirements 
● Must be undergone on Training Methodology Level 2 (TM II)
● Must be physically fit
● Have at least 2 years relevant job/industry experience
● Must be a holder of a Certificate of Competency in developing e-
Learning Materials for E-Learning or any appropriate training certificate
as an evidence of trainers competency in facilitating online training.

The following assessment methods shall be used for assessing the


competency of participants:

b. Demonstration with oral questioning

f. Training Plan/Schedule 

The training duration is 268 hours for full qualification of Shielded Metal arc
Welding NC II. The detail Training plan or schedule will be included on
study guide that will be posted in LMS for learners reference and
information.

II. Training Package 


a. ONLINE- Digital CBLM for Caregiving NC II thru LMS which consist of
Information Sheet, Interactive Videos and Quizzes.
b. OFFLINE- Face to Face – CBLM for Caregiving NC II, Caregiving
Modules and Equipments, tools and material.
c. Institutional Assessment- Learners will access exam thru LMS, and
Face to face demonstration for skill competency.

I. The Learning Management System


a. The Palayan City institute of Technology (PCIT) Learning Management
System (LMS) shall be utilized as the training platform which can be
accessed at palayancityinstituteoftechnology.gnomio.com

c. Course Overview

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of


housekeeping staff in housekeeping services, preparing guest’s rooms,
providing valet/butler service, laundering linen and guest’s clothes, cleaning
premises and equipment in accordance with industry standards. It covers the
basic, core and common competencies in CAREGIVING NC II.

d. Help Features (Technical Support System) 

The following technical support are provided on the LMS and Training
Advisories:

e.  Enrolment System 

Students shall be manually enrolled or can self enrol to the LMS and
shall be provided with their respective user credentials.

the conference will be done for benefits of the learner
who failed to participate in the discussion.
