The IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS (INSET) Day 2, begun with the singing of a
Nationalistic Song thru video and a Short Prayer headed by Mrs. Jinky U. Maggay, followed by the
Thought for the Day by Mrs. Glen C. Cauilan and the recap of the previous day discussion at 8:00 am.

The first discussant on the second day was the adviser of Grade 1 and 2, Mrs. Revelyn C. Jose, a teacher
III in the said school. She continued to tackle the topic on preparation of enhanced school empowerment
plan. She enumerated the salient parts of the Enhanced School Empower Plan and even gave
pointers in preparing such.
Given the important considerations in Enhanced School Empowerment Plan Preparation from
what Mrs. Revelyn Jose shared, the group is more than ready to Prepare the in Enhanced School
Empowerment Plan. And so the next part was the Workshop on in Enhanced School Empowerment Plan
Preparation after the 30 minutes break which was facilitated by Sir Nicasio A Tuliao. The Head
Teacher of the said school.

The afternoon session was devoted mostly on the Instructional Planning with the teachers. All
the teachers shared their expertise and assisted every member of the group in preparing their output.
Afterwards, the Head Teacher Sir Nicasio A Tuliao devoted his time facilitating Preparation of.
Instructional Planning, he also took time to efficiently and passionately do the critiquing and giving of
technical assistance. It was a very productive afternoon that lasted at 5:00 PM with everyone coming up
with their finished Enhanced School Empowerment Plan.
