Scholarship Conditions Obligations of Scholarship Recipients

Recipients shall have obligations as follows:
1. Recipients earning Scholarship of Master’s program
need to have at least 72 workload teaching hours of
laboratory classes per academic semester throughout

committee to request for work alleviation or for
performing other work in each academic Trimester
instead. However, the workload teaching hours need to
be at least 72 hours per academic trimester.

Citation Index), and an innovation that enhance the utilization
of the economic, social and community sectors as specified
by the Graduate SchoolPublications which are indexed
in national databases (e.g. Thai Journal Citation Index
Centre: TCI) or international databases being not practicable
according to the criteria of the Commission on Civil
Service in Higher Education Institutions are not used for
the work as required terms. If research work of a scholar
does not meet the requirements, the Graduate School
reserves the right to redeem partial grant according to
the contract.
6. In case a scholar is unable to graduate within the timeframe,
a total of grant shall be returned to the Graduate School.
7. Apart from item 6. the discretion made by the committee
shall be final without any appeal.

Qualification of Scholarship 1. A doctoral student whose research has high quality to

source is eligible to apply for this grant and support

4.1 If monthly allowance is supported by another
grant, an applicant shall receive tuition fee and bench
fee for a thesis research only.

 4.2 If tuition fee is supported by another grant,
an applicant shall receive monthly allowance and bench
fee for a thesis research only.
4.3 If monthly allowance and tuition fee are
supported by another grant, an applicant shall receive
bench fee for a thesis research only.
In case an applicant who receives monthly
allowance not exceeding 10,000 Baht from another
grant, the grantor may consider to support a surplus of
monthly allowance which is limited to 10,000 Baht (case
by case).
5. If the false fact is found afterwards, scholars shall be
fined as money value for triple.
6. An applicant who has a routine work or has a study
leave, and has currently received salary is eligible to
apply for the grant and shall not support monthly
allowance.
7. A scholar who has already received this grant is not
allowed to apply for the Research Grant for Thesis
provided by the Graduate School.
8. A major thesis advisor of the applicant must have a
minimum of 3 articles published in the Web of Sciences
indexed database (WOS: Science Citation Index
Expanded, Social Science Citation Index, Art and
Humanities Citation Index) during 2016 – 2021. In the
case of controlling Ph.D. graduates there shall be extra
consideration.

in each academic Trimester instead. However, the
workload teaching hours need to be at least 72 hours
per academic trimester.
