4. Meeting held on 27.02.2020 by the Hon’ble Minister for B.C.
Welfare Dept., Hyderabad with all the DBCDOs in the state
5. Instructions received from the Hon’ble Minister for B.C. Welfare
Department Hyd. Dated 12.03.2020.

I invite your attention to the subject and references cited.

In the reference 6th cited, this office has requested for returning the un-spent
subsidy released to your district for ISB and General Sector Schemes vide this office
proceedings cited. In the reference 3rd cited this office was requested to send the un-spent
subsidy by withholding the subsidy amounts required for releasing the same to be
beneficiaries of in Municipalities and Municipality Corporation. In the reference 5th cited the
Government have issued instructed to obtain the complete un-spent subsidy amounts
available from the districts immediately.
I, therefore, request you to bestow personal attention and to credit the unspent
amount to the SB Account given below of the TS Washermen cooperative Societies
Federation Ltd., Hyderabad including which was withhold for the beneficiaries of Municipals
and Municipalities. Now you are instructed to return all the unspent balances available with
your district under ISB and General sectors immediately.
