Processing this form
● Luno will send you an email confirming that we have received all the documents we
require from you, including this form, correctly completed. We will then carry out your
instructions and process the sell/transfer transactions contemplated in this form.
● Please note that processing these transactions may take up to 7 (seven)
business days from the date on which we send you the confirmation email.
● You accept that cryptocurrencies are volatile and that Luno will not be liable for any
loss or damage suffered by you or the deceased estate as a result of any transaction
contemplated in this form being processed within the above 7 (seven) business day

Instructions on Deceased’s local currency balance
Luno shall transfer the entire local currency balance standing to the credit of the deceased’s
Luno local currency wallet to the bank account set out in the section below. This transfer shall
include any proceeds realised from the sale of cryptocurrencies for local currency in accordance
with the above elections made by you.
