Robbery Complaint Affidavit

Renalyn Murillo files a complaint against Tibor Boloy and Armando Borja for robbery. She states that while walking home, two men waiting at a bus stop threatened her with a knife and took her bag containing 8000 pesos, identification cards, and a cellphone. A police car happened to pass by and chased the men on a motorcycle but lost sight of them. Murillo was able to positively identify the four men later with police. Her bag and possessions were recovered in good condition.

COMPLAINT - AFFIDAVIT
I, Renalyn D. Murillo, of legal age, and a resident of Purok 7, Camucaan, Aplaya,
Hagonoy, Davao del sur, , accuses Tibor Boloy and Armando Borja of the crime of
Robbery, committed as follows:

1. At around 3: 30pm of Monday, September 23, 2022 , I, Renalyn Murillo, was


passing by Guihing Campo 10, going to my house at Purok 7, Camucaan,
Aplaya, Hagonoy, Davao del sur.

2. While I was passing by the said place I was holding my bag in my right arm
walking at a moderate pace towards Guihing, Campo 10.

3. Before I cross the Guihing, Campo 10, there are two men waiting in the
waiting shed, and when I approach them they holding a knife which was
pointed at me and said " Ayaw og lihuk, ambi rana imong bag kung di ka
gusto mamatay"

4. Because of terrible fear that the man would stab me if I did not give my bag to
them, I handed them my sling bag containing the following: 

a. A two wallet with the color black and pink and together with a cash
worth of (P8,000.00)
b. A vaccination card and a CCTS card.
c. A Vivo cellphone
5. That after the two man took my bag and they run so fast, I screamed loudly
and said “tabang! tabang! kawatan akong baggggg! tabang!”

6. That maybe because of twist of luck, a police car passed by right after the
said incident which immediately chased the two men in motorcycle. They
crossed Guihing, Campo 10 and I already lost sight of them after several
seconds. 

7. That the two men, as I remembered, were both wearing mask ; the man who
pointed me knife was wearing a black  jacket and short pants while the other
man was wearing also black jacket with “maong” pants.

8.  Both of them are bulit, apprear to be brown-skinned and of average height.

9. That after a few minutes of standing at that camp., a police mobile suddenly
appeared saying that the other policemen in the car which chased the two
men in the motorcycle reported the incident to them so they went to Bawing
area and found me standing in front of a closed establishment, almost near
Camucaan, Aplaya.

10. Later on, I positively indentified the four men as those who were "tambay" in
the waiting shed because of the police said.

11. That my bag was snatched from me with force and intimidation was with PO3
Diaz already who alleged.  All the things inside my bag were recovered in
good condition.

12. That all these stated herein are true and were stated freely without any force
or intimidation done against me.

13. To attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing, I, Renalyn D. Murillo,


complainant, attaches my signature below.
