The revalidation of this CE Marking Conformity Certificate is based on Euro Veritas Ltd independent Procedure / Scheme No. EVL/CE/PC-A/2020/C-4
an evaluation of documentation in relation to product samples, voluntary test results, a declaration of performance (DoP) by the manufacturer dated
6th April, 2021 and a Factory Production Control (FPC) audit held on 27th April, 2021 . This attestation is made on the basis of the particular samples of
the mentioned products as mentioned in Annex I, and, as provided during the submission of the technical documentation, presumption of legitimacy
of data related to test results and the witnessed test methods during the FPC audit. Voluntary tests have been performed against EN 14411: 2016, EN
13006: 2018 & relevant EN 10545 series and the reports are indicative of the description of samples. Initial type testing & Factory Production Control is
performed by the manufacturer, as per the characteristics of Table ZA.1.1 and/ or ZA.1.2 Including Requirements as in Annex H & Annex J-
Requirements for Dry-Pressed Ceramic Tiles and Panels of EN 14411: 2016, for which the product is intended to be used as declared in the DoP. EVL
maintains a copy Declaration of Performance and the submitted test results. This certificate shall be deemed to be suspended if surveillance is not
carried out before 23rd October, 2021. The certificate shall be deemed to have been withdrawn if surveillance is not carried out before 23rd November,
2021.
The product complies with the principle production requirements of the said directive based on voluntary tests. This attestation applies to the product
sample only as in Annex I, and its technical documentation provided for testing & certification. The detailed test results and standard(s) used as well as
the operation mode are listed and verified.
The Certificate does not imply assessment of the production processes/ system and does not permit the usage of EVL Logo. The applicant of the
certificate is authorized to use this certificate in conjunction with EC Declaration of Performance and appropriate Technical Report & Documentation.
After ensuring necessary compliance & availability of technical documentation, valid test reports claimed by the manufacturer/ applicant, as well as the
performance declaration, the required CE mark can be affixed on the products, to demonstrate the compliance with the said directive(s). The applicant
of the certificate is authorized to use this certificate in connection with EC Declaration of Performance, limited to the appropriateness of the Technical
Report & Documentation.
