The story is about a fox that rescues and raises a baby blue bird. Summary

The story is based on the fact that even if the species are of different types, yet a bond can be
formed through affection and care. There was this fox in the mossy green forest, foraging for
food, while he found two gluttonous and terrifying beavers devouring over a pile of dead fish.
While observing the beavers, the fox noticed a fish near him, grabbed it and ran away. Seeing
the beavers chasing him from his back, he hu rriedly climbed on a hillock, sadly through
imbalance, he dropped off the fish and ran away for his life and ended up in a big broken tree
trunk cavity. Breathing heavily due to the quick rush, after a moment, he sniffs out and looks
beside, making a hungry face, he grabs the egg and puts it in his mouth. At the same time, he
coughs and fling it away. As the egg dropped on the ground, it hatched a blue baby bird. The
baby bird saw the fox at the first sight, so it considers the fox as its parent. Chirping, as the fox
leaves the bird which makes him go back to the bird again with an insect to feed the baby. As
he fed the baby bird, he got amazed because it gave him a lovely nose-to-nose rub. After that
he went to forage again, behind him came the baby bird. Helping, feeding, and taking care of
the baby bird was the only thing he could do throughout his journey with the bird. As a fox, a
different genus, he even tried to teach him how to fly with his little arms while experiencing
different difficulties- falling off from an elevated rock . Through sunny days to gloomy days
their days and months passed by, and are still together by affection towards each other, on the
other hand, the blue bird is no longer a baby anymore, she has grown, can fly to wherever her
mind takes to. One day on a bright day, the blue bird was missing, not getting a sight of her, he
started to look for her everywhere. While after, he found the bird was making a nest using
sticks and twigs. He didn’t interfere in her work rather he went back to his shelter. As the dusk
was falling rapidly, the bird also came back to their shelter and slept with the fox. In the next
morning, both went to the beavers’ place to gather some food. While they were peeking at their
place, one of the beavers from their back started chasing the m, the bird flew away and fox was
being chased by the beaver, suddenly the bird grabbed him with her two small legs and flew
away somehow from that place and stopped at a nearby spot where the waters were cascading
over the rocks. She was tugging him to move from that place because at any time the gluttonous
beavers could appear, but he was worried for her if she could even bear the weight of him or
not. At a time, he accepted her suggestion, and moved with her, holding her legs but
unfortunately, due to the fox’s body mass, she couldn’t hold any longer, trying her best . Seeing
her determination and trying so hard to cope with his weight, he intentionally released the grip
from her leg. From being drop dead at the high altitude, fortunately, he was saved by the
mother of the blue bird and was given a fish after he landed on the ground. There the blue bird
got united with her mother and set off to their flock. And the fox got the thing he wanted from
the beginning and got retired from his fatherhood. At last, they moved to their own paths
where they were meant to lead.
