A GOOD LEADER

Leadership is an important quality that is required for the development and progress of
the people and the country. Every society and groups require a leader who can guide
people a proper direction of working. However, a leader should possess certain qualities
that the society or group members should wish to follow and emulate. Good
communication, responsibility, perseverance, honesty, and integrity are some of the
qualities that make a good leader. It is necessary for the unity to choose leader and look
for the mentioned qualities in them.
A real leader must be honest and knowledgeable, they should be able to serve as role
models, must be a good decision maker who’s willing to take risks for their followers
which would automatically motivate the others around him.
Leaders need to have a strong courage in their hearts because anything could happen at
any time, but it takes a real leader to act on the exact moment with courage and strength
without panic, anxiety, and fight. Another characteristic of a leader is that he/she should
never shy away from making important decisions. Indeed, decision making is another
important part of being an authentic leader.

Real leaders are not born right after their birth instead enduring intense hard work and
efforts throughout their life, that what makes them a true leader. True leaders develop
through a never-ending process of education, training, and experience.

While about religion, it should never interfere between the leaders. Equality is what the
leader should think about. Great leaders value people equally and treat people equitably.
Leaders must understand that equality applies to human dignity—all people are created
with value; all people deserve to be treated respectfully and with an eye towards human
worth.

If a leader does not have good morals, it can bring down a nation. Each leader should
have good morals set in their minds in order to rule. Also, a good leader should have
power. They should know that they are in charge and that they get to make the calls and
decisions. These are some qualities of a good leader.

The universal myth- that leaders are born and not made, is no more accurate, given the
examples of several great leaders we have today. There is no denying that everybody can
become a leader, but it is true that not every leader can be significant.
