Note- Above all rates are exclusive of taxesaion and profit margin. Kindly add 10% profit & govt tax
applicable in final billing charges.
Scope of Work & Terns Conditions:-
1 Plant Operation and Plant maintain in working conditions, including weekly cleaning and checks.
2 Replacing of any machinery items (if) shall be borne by RMC provider.
3 Production & Laboratory handling as per shift requirements without trouble.
4 QA/QC monitoring & controlling with mix design and technical handling at plant and site if required.
5 Full setup and Laboratory establishment is under the scope of RMC providers.
6 Testing of inhouse shall be acounting in our scope but Outside testing shall be scope in RMC provider.
7 Hutments(Residential) to be provided at Plant premises for Plant QC & ONM team with free of cost.
8 Local Issues will deal by the RMC providers( if happened). Not responsible to delay the work due to
site problems or any other issues as non standrd working from other end.
9 Safety Kits shall be provided by RMC provider with free of cost and returnable basis.
10 Interium payments shall be certify within the week after receiving of actual bills on monthly 3rd day.
11 25% Advanvce payment as a security deposit(Petty expense for staff fooding) shall be paid by RMC
provider without interst charges and shall be deducted from 5 Running bills at partially.
12 Staff mobilization will start after receiving of work order along with SD payments.
