Explanations:

Domain1: School Leadership

- As a principal, their responsibility is to create a vision or goals for the future of the school. Also,
as a principal you don’t have to create the school’s own vision but instead you should consult
the ideas of community, teachers, and students.

Domain 2: Instructional Leadership

- As a principal, you should have to monitor and assess the teachers in order to know if the
teachers are effective and efficient. Also, to know whether the teachers conducting the
classroom regularly. This is also to promote good teaching among teachers and pupils.
Domain 3: Creating a Student- Centered Learning Climate

- As a principal, your concern is the welfare and learning for your students. You should set high
standards in order the students to aim high and as well as to recognizing the student’s
achievements eventually.

Domain 4: HR Management and Professional Development

- As a principal, it is important for you to hire the excellent and efficient teachers. Before you
accept them, you have to make sure if they have qualities that can help your institution to be
effective school and as well as for the student’s knowledge and attitudes.
- Furthermore, as principal it is your responsibility to tell suggestions to your teachers to join
seminars, symposium be it local and international as long as to help them to have professional
growth.

Domain 5: Parent Involvement and Community Partnership

- As a principal it is your responsibility to conduct meeting that associates with parent’s


participation such as PTA Meeting, for the parents to be aware on what are the things that are
needed in the school and also for their students.
- As principal, you must have to be friendly to community because community is one of the
sources in every event that the school might need. It should give and take.

Domain 6: School Management and Daily Operations

- As a principal, you are not just a principal in one’s institution but also you are considered as
manager because you are the one who manage the effectiveness and harmony for the school.

Domain 7: Personal and Professional Attributes and Interpersonal Effectiveness

- As a principal, you are the role model to the teachers, students, and community. You are not
just role model for your intelligence but also your attitudes and characteristics. You should be
proud of your profession as principal.
