You will write two paragraphs in 550 words answering the following question:

To what extent do you think that the changes in Japan during the Meiji era
were beneficial?

Do not include an introduction or a conclusion.


However, each of your paragraphs should have an argument, evidence and
analysis.
You should include and evaluate different perspectives and you will need to
include a reference list.
Save the file as a word document using the following format: English name-
word count.doc For example, John-523.doc.
