CONCERNS:
1.Additional CR on Nucleus- site not yet ready and also Water INFO OPEN
closets not on site.Safety team can trigger for the local purchasing
of the water closets needed. No supply/materials yet.

- Fabrication of Ash trays and Trash cans
2. Strictly monitor the exit of workers-Red Tag Workers who Sir Arche On goings

-Possible pouring of SOG will be Next week, Week 32

Nursery 1-3 Sow Site

-Must drill Dowels with 100mm depth and start rebar installation-
grinder availability is a concern.

-Leak Test must be conducted and proper documents must be
provided-leaks on which joint must be recorded on IR

Nursery 4-Finisher 5 Sow site – Excavation is on going. Sir Mike

Dewatering and Desilting is on going.

Nursery 3 to ICT
-Ongoing already at powerhouse-culverts must be cleared to
continue excavation-to be removed
-Slurry line is on going
-Rechecking of layout near Finisher 1 to ICT
-At 99 Office to ICt- for checking of elevation-road is lower in
elevation if pipes are installed it will be expose-elbow can be used
to embed the pipes

QC CONCERNS
1.IR must be submitted prior to inspection along with the Survey Sir Jasper/

2.Culvert Collaring must be checked prior to backfilling works
3.Proper Scheduling of Pouring Request. Sir Jasper
4.Pavement – compact well. Checking first before gravelling.
5.Leak test – Inform the QC and submit IR for inspection.
6.Finisher 1 Sow site- catch basin 1.3 meters
7.Pavement- thickness .1 meter, steels 10mm space at .6meters.
3000 psi.
8.Drainage must be constructed at the back prior to silo Pad
9.Documentation on All Scopes of Work esp. On possible Change

1. Material Storage esp. Of Panels are put on Floors directly on soil
