Vasco 6000 is a water-miscible metalworking fluid based on ester oil that is free of boron, formaldehyde and chlorine. It has been developed for demanding machining conditions and ensures extremely robust performance and the finest surfaces. It is suitable for general to heavy machining of various metals and maintains cleanliness. The fluid has high cutting performance through ester oil properties, low foam formation from 5°dH hardness onwards, and excellent rinsing behavior while being free of bactericides.

Description Vasco 6000 is a water-miscible metalworking fluid based on ester oil, free of boron, formaldehyde and
chlorine. This modern universally applicable product with a high proportion of additives has been
specially developed for demanding conditions of general machining. The stability of this resilient
coolant ensures an extremely robust performance. Additionally, its specific lubricating properties
guarantee the finest surfaces, at the same time maintaining cleanliness of parts and machines.
Suitable for central systems as well as individually filled machines.

Range of application For general to heavy machining of titanium, nickel-based alloys, alloyed steel, steel, cast steel, cast
iron and cast aluminium alloys (AlSi 6/12)
A water hardness of 5° is recommended for optimal foam behavior.

Recommended Antifoam: Additive A38 art. 29182-01.


Variable concentrations from 5% to max. 15%. (refractometer reading: 3.3 – 10.0%)
Concentration of use

- Best cutting performance machining: 8% - 15% (refractometer reading: 5.3 – 10.0%)


This product is limited suitable for grinding applications, please contact our customer service / sales
department.
For the first filling we recommend to use water with a minimum hardness of 5°dH (90 ppm),
to get an optimal foam behaviour.
