Vasco 6000
Description Vasco 6000 is a water-miscible metalworking fluid based on ester oil, free of boron, formaldehyde and
chlorine. This modern universally applicable product with a high proportion of additives has been
specially developed for demanding conditions of general machining. The stability of this resilient
coolant ensures an extremely robust performance. Additionally, its specific lubricating properties
guarantee the finest surfaces, at the same time maintaining cleanliness of parts and machines.
Suitable for central systems as well as individually filled machines.
Range of application For general to heavy machining of titanium, nickel-based alloys, alloyed steel, steel, cast steel, cast
iron and cast aluminium alloys (AlSi 6/12)
A water hardness of 5° is recommended for optimal foam behavior.
Product properties Benefits
High cutting performance thanks to the High machining volume and best surface quality even
properties of ester oil for heavy operations and materials
