MOTION TO SET CASE FOR HEARING

Accused, RENE BOY J. TIIN alleges:

1. That a petition for bail has been filed on June 6, 2021 ;

2. That it is to the best interest of justice that the said petition be scheduled for hearing
much less scheduled for pre-trial ;

3. That it is therefore appropriate for the Court to schedule an initial hearing for this
purposes and to determine all other issues that may aid in the early disposition of this
case ;

4. That this motion is filed in good faith.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that the above-entitled


case be called on September 24, 2021 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning as the case maybe.

Other reliefs consistent with justice and equity are likewise prayed for.
