Mirroring Therapy

Processing Questions:
1. How did you feel about the activity?
 Honestly in this activity, I felt excited and anxious since a step to my
improvement would be a new chapter of my life
2. Was it easy or difficult? Why?
 It was easy facing in front of the mirror but it’s hard to see that there are some
part of me that I felt ashamed, because when you act you emotional reactions
on the following scenario or aspects of you personality and imagine those
happy and sad moments would be difficult for me
3. Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the different scenarios
in your life and aspects of your personality? How?
 Yes, by facing through the mirror I was able to act out my emotions and
reactions towards my scenarios my scenarios in life by thinking or imagining
those scenarios
4. What strengths and weaknesses have you noticed or identified?
 I think one of my greatest strengths is as a problem solver. I have the ability to
see a situation from different perspectives and I can get my work done even in
the face of difficult obstacles. I also feel that my communication skills are top-
notch. My greatest weakness is that I sometimes have a hard time letting go of
a project. I'm the biggest critic of my work, and I can always find something
that needs to be improved or changed. To help myself improve in this area, I
give myself deadlines for revisions.

3. What could be the possible barriers in the achieving your personal goals?
 Achieving our goals in our life there are things that really hinder us that
we can overcome or we can not overcome the obstacles to get what we
want for our lives just like our friends or barkada that we are with, if they
say that if you join the person who has no destination in their life you
will also be able to imitate those with you so that is one of the possible
barriers to achieving your goal in your life.

 I, John Steve Clata, pledge to flourish in the face of adversity for the sake
of my future. I'm going to confront the challenges ahead with bravery and
determination because I know I can do it. Despite all of life's difficulties, I
will not abandon my objectives and ambitions because they are worth
every difficulty and suffering. I will not back down because I am brave
enough not to let my guard down. I'm confident that everything will be
worthwhile.
