How to handle situations on gender-related situations

When I tell my co-worker as a woman, I will tell them that we should do our jobs first to finish
immediately. Always when our work is done, we can rest as women I am the one who will take
the lead immediately so that they follow me they are always ashamed not to follow because it is
the woman who speaks, and I will always say when our boss and I finish our work early. we will
be happy or give a reward because it ended quickly.

Republic Act 9710 Magna Carta of Women (MCW) is a comprehensive women’s human rights
law that seeks to eliminate discrimination through the recognition, protection, fulfillment, and
promotion of the rights of Filipino women, especially those belonging in the marginalized
sectors of the society. It conveys a framework of rights for women based directly on international
law.
2. Achievement of fifty-fifty gender balance in government positions
“Within the next (5) years, there shall be an incremental increase in the recruitment and training of women in
the police force, forensics and medico-legal, legal services, and social work services availed of by women who
are victims of gender-related offenses until fifty percent (50%) of the personnel thereof shall be women.”
(Section 9A)

ladies, particularly those in underestimated area.

. Equal educational opportunity means that all persons are born equal and should be treated
equally in having access to education irrespective of sex, race, religion, social class or disability,
while equalization of education is an attempt to make the educational attainment levels of the
various groups in a society to be equal. The government of Nigeria at various levels has taken
several measures to make the principles of equal educational opportunity a reality; however,
several obstacles still stand against it lending to make it a myth. Some of these measures and the
obstacles were discussed in the paper and some measures were recommended to make
educational opportunity a reality in Nigeria.

5. Nondiscriminatory and nonderogatory portrayal of women in media and films.

Agents from different public government offices, ladies' NGOs, academe, and private
associations were introduced to the MGEC's Gender Equality Guidelines, Guidelines to
Protect Women Against Discrimination in Media and Film, and Code of Ethics for
Media. The Public Consultation served as a platform for various stakeholders to express
their concerns, requests, and suggestions for improving the report.
