Sir,
I am Nikita, I am writing to you in order to create awareness among students to join the various defense
courses. As we all know the main objective of the defense sector is to maintain national peace and
security by defending the country from external threats and attacks. The zeal, enthusiasm, and desire to
serve the nation can be fulfilled by joining the defense sector.

There is a need to create greater awareness among the youth about the armed forces as the preferred
career option and offer them adequate guidance and opportunity. We need to join hands and start the
collective work towards this, and this school is one step in that direction.

We need to ensure that all the students, irrespective of gender, get equal opportunity to serve the nation
and enhance their career prospects.

I request you to highlight the importance in your newspaper column and arouse the interest among the
youth.
