V. Narrative Report:
The LAC session began at exactly 10:00 a.m. It started with a short prayer led by Mrs. Ruth
Y. Ramos and followed by checking of attendance by Mrs. Elsie Salazar. Mrs. Nina R.
Sumalabe, principal II of Arsenio Santos Elementary School greeted the teachers and gave a
little background about the LAC being held.
Miss Zenaida L. Bernardino was the speaker and tackled all the essential information about the
topic said.
Here are the topic that discussed on this LAC.
One of the major components of that role is accountability. School counselors are
responsible for analyzing data on their own effectiveness and adjusting their techniques to
maximize their value to students. As a result, the role of the counsellor is ever-changing and
depends on a variety of factors at work within the school.
Referral – one of the guidance services where learners are provided with assistance
obtaining specialization services.
Referral Procedures
- The teacher/adviser shall accomplished the attached referral from ( Annex C)
- Referral form submitted to guidance counsellor via electronic mail to be
confidential because we are in the midst of pandemic.
- Guidance Counsellor assess and evaluate the form.
- The guidance counsellor shall inform the teacher/adviser that the learner has
been given attention.
