agree, undertake and solemnly declare that:

1. I have no objection in appearing for the online personal interview.

2. I have no objection to IIM Nagpur recording the interview for identification and
verification purpose.

3. I shall myself shall appear for the interview iand shall not indulge in impersonation. I
am aware of the fact that indulging in impersonation is a cognizable and punishable
offence under section 419 of the Indian Penal Code. I shall produce my identity proof
(government-issued I-card) at the time of the interview.

4. I shall not use any unfair means, such as taking any kind of help during the online
Personal Interview to be conducted by IIM Nagpur.

5. I shall not record the interview process in any form, audio, or visual.

6. If, at any stage, it is found that I have violated any of the above conditions, my
candidature/ admission will stand cancelled by IIM Nagpur.

7. This declaration is submitted in addition to existing conditions as are applicable for


admission procedure and shall be construed in consonance with the existing applicable
conditions, and any breach of the above conditions will entail stringent action including
cancellation of admission as also appropriate penal action.
