1. The Department of Education (DepEd) Regional Office (RO) III through its Public affairs
Unit (PAU) launched its weekly newscast program “Edukasyon Central Luzon (ECL) News
Edition” last February 10, 2022 at 4pm via Facebook Live.

2. The said live newscast, which shall be held every Thursday at 4:00 pm, shall air pre-recorded
field updates from the Schools Division Offices (SDOs) produced by the designated SDO
Broadcast Teams.

3. To guide the SDO Aurora Broadcast Team in the production and submission of the news
video materials, this memorandum encloses the assigned schedule for the newscast.

4. Also, attached to this memorandum is the official list of the members of SDO Aurora
Broadcast Team who have undergone training and orientation conducted by PAU.

5. For the information, guidance, and compliance of all concerned.

6. Immediate dissemination of the content of this Memorandum is desired.
