Julia Richman
Dear Hiring Manager,
While going through RN job listings, I was inspired by the mission statement and values that
HonorHealth holds. I have a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science with an emphasis in
integrative health and a minor in Family Studies and Human Development. I also have over 200+
hours of clinical experience. I am motivated, organized, and passionate about patient care and
advocacy.
In my 4 years of school at the University of Arizona, I was able to learn and refine essential
nursing skills and attain clinical experience to aid me in my nursing career. In my experience, I
have been able to utilize my nursing knowledge to aid my preceptor and the nurses I was
assigned to in proficiently caring for our patients and their family members. Some of my key
skills include:
● Managing multiple patients while continuing to provide optimal services to ensure all
patients receive high quality health care.
● Devising a systematic way to organize daily routines and schedules to complete all tasks
at hand
● Optimizing communication with fellow healthcare professionals to provide patient care
with multiple perspectives
I have used these skills throughout my experiences to build trust, demonstrate competency and
offer a feeling of safety to my patients. This is important to form trusting relationships where
patients feel cared for and comfortable. The utilization of these skills makes me an asset to the
workplace because I can accommodate both physical and mental healthcare needs.
In addition to my education and clinical experience, I bring a positive, optimistic attitude to the
work environment. I am looking to further my nursing career by being challenged and
developing my skills to the fullest extent. I think I would be a great addition to this work
environment and would be interested in talking about any available positions.
Sincerely,
Julia Richman
