Pressure Calibration
Loosen the 5 screws of rear case and disassemble the case.

Connect the power cord and press the power button for 2 seconds to turn the
pump on.

Turn the DIP switch on the back of the control board to the position of ‘1&2’ from
‘ON’.

Press the button to change the display of the value to PXXX.

Check if the display value (pressure reference) is between P170 and P210

•if not, then modify the electric bridge circuit as follow:
1.If the value is lower than 170, then add a resistor (62K – 2M) at the position of R1A.
2.If the value is higher than 210, then add a resistor (62K – 2M) at the position of R2A.

•. After modifying the circuit, confirm the value is between P170 and P210. Then press the select
button to save this value.

The second step is to calibrate the 3 levels occlusion pressure.
•Prepare 20ml, 30ml and 50ml BD syringes and fill with water.
•Connect the 20ml syringe to a pressure gauge through a catheter. You can choose the
pressure gauge by yourself.

•Turn the DIP switch on the back of the control board to the position of ‘on’ from ‘1&2’.
•Set the infusion rate to 200ml/h.
•Turn the DIP switch on the back of the control board to the position of ‘1&2’ from ‘on’.
•Install the 20ml syringe on the pump.

•Press the
button to change the display of the value to LXXX.
•Press start button to run the pump.
Press the select button to save the occlusion pressure value in the pump by checking the pressure
gauge reach the pressure value. Select button should be pressed 3 times to save the L, C and H
occlusion pressure values

1.L: 0.044±0.009Mpa
2.C: 0.070±0.010Mpa
3.H: 0.110±0.015Mpa
•After saving the 3 points of pressure value, press the stop button ASAP to prevent from over
pressure.
•Change the syringe to 30ml, then 50ml, repeat the steps.

Linear Accuracy Test

1)Install linear accuracy gauge

2)Confirm that the syringe size displayed on the pump is 50ml.


3)Select syringe brand as BD on the pump.
4)Adjust the Flow rate 1200ml/h, set the limit of 50ml.
5)Pull the plunger as far as possible and the roll plate pops up.

7) Reset the digital display of linear accuracy gauge and volume of the pump to zero.
