KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT, made and entered into at _____________________, on this ______ day of

WHEREAS, the above-mentioned parties are co-owner in undivided shares over a parcel of land

WHEREAS, the herein contracting parties are desires of affecting a division themselves of the
property above described and held in common by them and have caused the subdivision survey of the
