A fulfilling life doesn’t end with yourself. Rather, it extends into your community and
those around you. See how you can play a part in shaping a better world for all.
1. Review your goals often and remember why you set those goals. Write
your goals in a place where you will read them daily or weekly. Set a
reminder in your calendar to review this workbook monthly. The more you
re-read your responses and remember your “why,” the more you’ll take
action and manifest your dreams.
2. Break down your goals into small, easy, actionable steps and work on
the most important tasks first. Remember that any action is better than
no action, and that “done is better than perfect.” Use the Goal Book (p.
57) to plan your quarterly & monthly goals and reflect on your progress
throughout the year.

yourself back up and try again. Don’t waste time feeling bad about it. Be
