Specification:: Details Plumbing Drawing

This document provides specifications for plumbing details in the construction of a two-story residential building. It specifies that indicated dimensions on drawings should be followed rather than scaling for construction. Horizontal drainage piping must have a uniform slope of at least 1/4 cm per meter toward the disposal point. Each pipe must have a cleanout at its upper end. Vent pipes for outdoor installation must extend 3 meters above ground and be securely supported. No septic tanks are allowed inside or under the building. Manholes and tight covers must be provided for tank cleaning and repairs, with at least 0.20m of air space between the sewage and tank cover. NO SEPTIC TANK SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH IN OR UNDER THE BUILDING.
IMBEDED TO BOTH COMPARTMENT ARE PROVIDED WITH MANHOLES, AND TIGHT COVERS FOR
FLOORING CLEANING AND NECESSARY REPAIR, NOT LESS THAN 0.20m OF AIR SPACE
SHOULD BE LEFT BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE SEWAGE AND THE UNDER PART
OF THE TANK COVER.
