Classroom Annual Student Outcome Goal Plan

By March 2033, 11th grade students at the school will increase their knowledge of post-secondary pathways from 12 students to 30 students, a 60% increase. School counselors, teachers, administrators, parents, and students were surveyed and reported that many students are unaware of their post-secondary options and would benefit from learning about career interests and pathways. The school lacks career readiness courses and information about financial resources, so the counselor plans to make students more aware of resources by posting information online and in classrooms, and meeting with students about immediate financial needs. Direct services will include individual meetings and classroom lessons to help students explore options and set goals. Indirect services include compiling resources and updating the school website.

Outcome data for this goal can be described as achievement. They are gaining knowledge for
career readiness.
Create a goal statement that focuses on a specific subset of students for whom intentional
strategies/interventions will be delivered and assessed.
