The letter is a response to a demand letter seeking 70,000 pesos that was invested in a company called Dreamers Consumer Goods Trading. The response explains that the client is also a victim of fraud by that company and has filed a complaint against its board members with the prosecutor's office.

RE: DEMAND LETTER - REPLY
Dear Ms. Isaac,
We write in behalf of our client, Ms. Ruby B. Canape in relation to your
Demand Letter dated 25 March 2022.
The amount of seventy thousand pesos (Php70,000.00) in which you are
demanding from our client was invested to Dreamers Consumer Goods Trading.
We have sent a demand letter to the above-mentioned company to return the
said amount of money but to no avail we did not receive any reply from Dreamers Consumer Goods Trading. The truth of the matter is that our client is also a victim of fraud/estafa (attached herewith is the Demand Letter sent to Dreamers Consumer Goods Trading marked as Annex “A”).
In regards with the above, our client is filing a complaint against the Board Members of the above-said company to the Office of the City Prosecutor of Quezon City for proper disposition.
Hoping for your kindhearted consideration during this difficult times.
