Working Principle
The main and driven rotors of the intermeshing pump cavity of the dry screw vacuum pump are separated into several non-connected cavities, which are

divided into the suction cavity 3, the transport cavity 4 and the exhaust cavity 5 according to different roles.
When the dry, equal-pitch screw vacuum pump is working, the space of the suction chamber 3 becomes larger as the active rotor 1 and the driven rotor

The suction process of the dry variable pitch screw vacuum pump is exactly the same as that of the equal pitch screw vacuum pump. In the process of

increases, and the high temperature and high pressure gas at the exhaust end The return flow decreases, the gas reflux heat transfer decreases, and

The dry screw vacuum pump chamber is lubricated without oil to obtain a clean vacuum. The pump work chamber and spiral rotor surface have anti-
corrosion coating, which can adapt to harsh working conditions. When the pump is used in explosion-proof occasions, the pump must adopt explosion-
proof configuration. Gas in the screw vacuum pump chamber is always in a state of uniform linear motion, and the pump chamber is straight through,
without a diaphragm structure, so solid dust and condensate are not easily deposited in the pump chamber. If necessary, inflate into the pump chamber

Principle
The Roots vacuum pump has a pair of 8-shaped rotors in the pump body. The gears rotate synchronously in the opposite direction. Between the rotors, there is no
contact between the rotor and the pump body. There is a small gap.
In the rotor 1, 2, the suction capacity increases, and when the rotor rotates in position 1, part of the capacity and the opening of the air inlet are cut off. At the 4th
position, the capacity space communicates with the exhaust port, and the gas at the front vacuum pressure (higher than the suction pressure) flows in, and the gas
pumped from the intake port is compressed. As the rotor continues to rotate, the compressed gas is exclude. The rotor rotates 360 degrees and the above action is
repeated twice.
Advantages
