AMICABLE SETTLEMENT

This AMICABLE SETTLEMENT (AGREEMENT) is entered into between:

HIGINIO A. SARIGUMBA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Tudela, Misamis


Occidental, , hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

-And-

HON. RICO S. TABAL, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Lupagan, Clarin, Misamis
Occidental, and incumbent Barangay Captain of Baranggay Lupagan, Clarin, Misamis
Occidental, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

WHEREAS, on October 30, 2021 at around 6:00 o’clock in the evening, a vehicular
accident transpired in Barangay Lupagan, Clarin, Misamis Occidental involving 1 vehicle
described as TOYOTA WIGO, color silver metallic, bearing the plate number KBO 7298
owned by the FIRST PARTY, and driven by a certain CHRISTIAN E. SARIGUMBA, hitting
the Barangay Lupagan BPAT Outpost causing partial damage on the said Barangay Outpost;

WHEREAS, the said Toyota vehicle was seized and taken into custody by the
Barangay;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY, hereby accept the compensation offered by the
FIRST PARTY for the repair of the said outpost;

FINALLY, in view of the agreement of the parties, the Chief of Police of PNP Clarin
hereby requested, to release the said vehicle;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 30 st day of


October, 2021 in Tudela, Misamis Occidental, Philippines.
