What Is My Story?
My story started when my parents have told me that I need to study
really hard so I can get a good job and live a comfortable life.

Both my parents were accounting graduates and they have worked all
their life as employees. That’s how they were able to support us.

But, it didn’t quite work out for them. They had to migrate abroad (USA)
and work as OFW’s in order to support their lifestyle.

My parents brought me and my sisters with them wherever they went.

Life was good because we were living a comfortable life. I was getting
good grades in school and have received awards and medals.

Reality hit when I was about to go to college. Tuition fees for

Universities in the USA were really expensive! My parents couldn’t
afford to send me to a University with just their basic salary.

So I had no choice, I went back to the Philippines to continue my

college education. Right before I was ready to enroll in the College of
Medicine of De La Salle, my mother passed away from Cancer.

I was devasted. It was my mom’s dream to see me become a doctor.

She would always tell me, “Anak, pagtanda namin ng papa mo, kaw na
maggamot sa amin.”

Now, I didn’t even get to see her before she was cremated. She died in
the US while I was in the Philippines about to enroll in the College Of
Medicine.

Everything else became very difficult. My father was at his retirement

age and my mother was the only one supporting me and my school. At
that time, I realy thought I was going to quit.

Fortunately, I received a full scholarship grant to study medicine. That

was my access to becoming a doctor. I wanted to finish what I had
started for my mom and dad.

Many of my classmates felt envious that I received a full scholarship to

study in the College of Medicine. What they didn’t know is that I envied
them.

First, they still have both parents who supported them. Second, they
don’t have to worry about anything else financially. Their parents
provided them everything they needed.

As for me, I had to cut down on my expenses. I had to budget the food I
was buying. I couldn’t eat in fastfood restaurants since I only have some
amount of money that needed to last me the whole month.

I was buying my own groceries and cooking my own food. I was living
alone at that time because my father and all of my sisters were living in
the US.

My sisters were the only one supporting my monthly expenses. One of

them would tell me storeis of how she got two jobs just to be able to
send me money for my school.

I was really grateful that my sisters supported me. However, I didn’t

want to be a burden to them any longer. I wanted to be able to support
myself. I wanted to start earning money while I was still studying
Medicine.

That was when my entrepreneurial journey started.

My Entrepreneurial Journey
My entrepreneurial journey started when I was in the MLM industry. I
joined an MLM Company and made very little money. I was invited by a
friend and it was a load-all-networks type of MLM where I had to sell
loading cards.

The profit margin from selling Load (Autoload, SmartLoad) was really low
and the big profits come from recruitment.

My problem was, I didn’t have time to speak to people and I get nervous
talking to people face to face.

When that didn’t work out for me, I said I wanted to try something else. At
that time, the Food Cart Franchising business was trending. Master
Siomai, Siomai King, Potato Corner, and Zagu were all over the place. So I
told myself, maybe a Food Cart Business will work for me.

So, I started a Siomai Rice Bowl Food Cart Business. I placed it in front
of Waltermart in Cavite where there’s a lot of people passing by.

For the first 3 months, I didn’t make any money at all. I was spending
money on Monthly Rent, Electricity Bills and my employee.

Most of the time, I was supervising the business. Sometimes, I was even
the one selling the rice bowls so I can lower my expenses. Instead of
going home and resting, I was delivering rice bowls to my classmates in
the College Of Medicine.

At one point, I only made P10 pesos for the day because someone bought
a Gulaman Drink. It was really depressing!

I didn’t want to pay my employee anymore if I’m not making any profits.

So, I decided to close the Food Cart down and accepted my losses. I spent
around P100,000 for that food cart and in 3 months, it was gone. The
moneyI used to start the Food Cart Business, the money I inherited from
my mom was gone!

I had to sell the cart, freezer and other cooking equipment just to get some
of the money back.

Later on that year, I was invited by a classmate in Medical School to

another networking business.

He told me that it was better since I don’t have any employees to hire or
any monthly rent to pay. So, I decided to give it another shot. I used the
money I received from selling the food cart.

(By the way, this is not a recruitment ebook. I am not going to try to
recruit you into my network marketing business in this ebook. However,

To continue…. It was then I realized that my networking business was

not really “my” business. It was the owner of the company’s business.
He controls the products, the price, and I was merely a distributor with a
contract to sell the products.

I have no control over the price. I can’t offer discounts more than what
is allowed. I can’t sell more than the suggested retail price (SRP). I
also do not control what products to manufacture.

I am merely a salesman of that company. If I try to sell another product

of a different company, my account could get suspended.

Because of the change in management which caused several

distributors to get their accounts blocked, I decided to shift to a new
company.

Then, I tried to gather all of my downlines with me and bring them to the
new company.

To my disappointment, not all of them went with me. That’s when

another realization hit me.

My downlines are not my assets even though they helped me

generate income. I do not own my downlines as well as I do not own
my networking business. In just the span of 3 months, I was no
longer earning money from my networking business.

Later on that year, I wanted a fresh start, get new downlines and build
a new team with the new company.

But this time, I didn’t have the luxury of time and money. I could no
longer do what I did before.

I can’t go to Manila, endure the traffic and do a business meeting with

people everyday. I can’t go out, give flyers to people and talk to
strangers in the malls and the streets.

So, I started searching on the internet ways to build my networking

business once more but without going through all the traditional methods
of networking.

As I was searching through the internet, I came across ways to build my

networking business with the power of the internet. I came across
something that caught my attention.

I learned that I can still make money even when nobody joins my
networking business! That was the big idea that changed my mindset
which changed my income!

I researched further on this new idea and my mentor taught me the idea
of selling other people’s digital products to make money online.

This idea is called Affiliate Marketing.

Affiliate Marketing works by selling other people’s digital products.

A vendor is the owner of the digital product and pays the affiliate (the
seller) commissions for every sale or recurring sales of the product. An
affiliate is not required to buy the products he is going to sell.

I will get paid commissions as an affiliate for selling other people’s digital
products.

I won’t even need to create a sales page because the vendor already has
the sales page that is designed to entice customers into buying.

Handling of the payments and refunds are done by the vendor. All I have
to do is send customers to the sales page.

So, I decided to learn more about this million dollar idea. At first, I tried
doing it on my own without any proper guidance.

I actually spent thousands and didn’t make any money.

Then I realized I couldn’t do this on my own. I needed a mentor who could

teach me how to do this. So I enrolled in several internet courses and
have paid over $1,500 or ₱72,000 worth of lessons and paid a mentor to
help me learn everything I needed to make money.

When I finally learned how it was done, I started selling digital products
and started making good money.

I researched on what products people are interested in. I learned that

there were a lot of people in the US and UK who were interested in finding
out how to lose weight.

As you can see, there were 165,000 monthly searches in google from
the month of May to November 2015. That's 165,000 people who are
willing to buy weight loss products.

So I started to sell self-help ebooks, audios and videos on health

specifically weight loss, building muscles and abs, improving
memory, treating diabetes and using home-made remedy for
common diseases.

That’s when I started generating income from multiple sources.

I didn’t have any product of my own to sell so I searched for

products online. I didn’t own any of the products I sold at first.

I just followed the 5-Steps on how to sell digital products online.

Easiest Form Of Business.

What is a digital product?

A digital product is anything of value to people that is created

electronically. Examples of digital products are: ebooks, online courses,
or softwares or programs.

Halimbawa, tingnan natin ang ebooks. An ebooks costs nothing to print

because it is digital and stored on a computer. There’s no need to
publish it by going to the printing press.

Hindi ka gagastos ng ₱10,000 para mag-produce ng maraming copies.

Maari ka pang magbenta 24/7 ng mga digital products. Kahit natutulog

ka pa, maaring may mga taong bumili sa’yo sa ibang bansa.
Kahit natutulog ka pa, kaya mong i-deliver ang produkto sa customer.
Sa internet mo na ipapadala gamit ang computer mo. Unlike physical

An ebook for example has almost zero maintenance costs because

it’s a computer file and does not require you to have a hard copy.

story.

So, I launched my business on July, 2015 and started selling

different digital products.
Here is the result:
Only 11 customers bought the
products in 2 weeks and I made
$416.11 on July 14. Here’s the
screenshot to the right.

I can’t believe my eyes. That

month, I made over $1,300 in
profit.

That’s not too bad for a first-timer right?

Here’s the best part. Everything I sold online were not my own
product. They were someone else’s product and I only earned a
commission for selling their products.
I didn't even have to buy the products to sell them! Unlike in network
marketing, I had to join the company and buy the products before I
can start selling. The products usually cost ₱7,000 - ₱16,000.

I can choose over thousands of products without having to be limited

to just a few dozens.

I didn't have to create the sales page, it was done for me. I didn't
have to set up a processing payment system, it was done for me.

I don't even have to worry about refunds, they were handling it for
me!

Your Own Online Business

Step 1: Choose A Profitable Niche or Topic

In this step, you will choose a profitable niche or topic. A niche is

an area or industry on which you want to focus on.

In order to choose a niche properly, you need to find out what your
interested in, what you are passionate about and find out if there
are also people who are also interested in them.

Example: You are passionate about baking cakes. You can

actually choose that niche and find out if people are looking for
information about baking cakes. There might be people looking to
establish a business that surrounds baking cakes.

In this section, you will learn step-by-step how to do your own

Market Research using a FREE tools.

Go to amazon.com, look for ebooks that have high reviews (At

least 50 reviews with 4 stars or higher). This would mean that there
are people who are extremely interested in this niche or category.

Take note of the type of product / category it’s in. This will be your
chosen niche.

Again, make sure that it’s a niche that you are interested in or
passionate about.

In this step, you will get a list of thousands of products from

different niches or topics and you will learn how to narrow your
choices and select the ones that are proven to sell.

The most common question people ask me is that, where do I get

products to sell?

Well, that’s easy. Just go to Clickbank.com. It’s the biggest

affiliate market place in the world. It’s like the “Palengke” of
digital products.

Now, you don’t need to buy the products you want to sell, BUT it
helps if you know the contents of the product in order to be able to
promote it properly.

Step 3: Create A Landing Page or Opt-In Page

In this step, you will learn how to set-up your own website with

purpose: To Capture Your Visitors Email Address!
