PRAYER FOR RELIEF

Wherefore in lights of issues raised, arguments advanced and authorities cited, it is most humbly
prayed and implored before this Hon’ble Court that it may be pleased to hold, adjudge and
declare that:
1. This Honourable court does not has jurisdiction over the present Investment
realted arbitral dispute; and that
2. Tilawin’s measures are non-discriminatory in nature and therefore Tilawin has not
violated its international obligations; also that
3. The Force Majeure clause can’t be invoked in the present contract between Tilawin and
Dgem ; and also

Pass any such orders as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the lights of equity, justice and good
conscience.

All of which is most respectfully affirmed and submitted
