PR/9:00 per subject area 1. Has the curriculum been fully covered per grade level? Do any of the FICS factors influence
curriculum coverage?
2. Do the objectives seem reasonable? Do they seem attainable given the time allotted or resources
available?
3. Are there other ways for the topic to be addressed? What are the consequences of poor mastery
of the competency across the curriculum?
4. Which 3 LMMs when addressed, will result in addressing other LMM to some extent within or
across the grade levels?
PM: Gap Analysis Discuss the following while building a problem tree. Take care to identify if the issue is a root -LAC Forms
per grade level cause (roots), a main problem (trunk), or consequence (leaves). -Problem Tree
1. Top 3 LMMs across subject areas. Is there a common trend?
2. FICS factors unique to each subject area. Are there common trends?
3. What activities were done to address LMMs? Were these thematic in nature? Did these allow
knowledge/skills learned in one subject to be applied in another subject? Or did the activities
foster compartmentalization of learning?
4. Did activities allow integration of IPEd, GAD, Environmental Ed? Which activities can be better
in fostering learning across subject areas if done on a quarterly basis? Done for the entire school
year?
5. How many competitions did each teacher able to coach a student for the past 3 years? Is there a
trend? How do co-curricular activities improve both learner and teacher?
