ENGLISH IN LIFE

Language plays and important role in human’s life. It helps us communicate our
thoughts, feelings and ideas with our fellows. Out of all the languages in the world,
English is considered as the international language. It is the most common language
spoken everywhere and it has been playing a major role in many sectors including
medicine, technology and education.

One of the reasons why it is important to learn English is that it helps us find a job
in this competitive society. Every boss looks for qualified, talented, smart and confident
employees. For example if you apply for a high class job you need a good understanding
ability and speaking in English. There are companies that open branches in other
countries, and these companies generally employ graduates whose English is fluent and
orderly. Why? Because in an international company you need to access information
from foreign sources and web sites, to communicate with foreign workers or even go on
business trips. So my point here is that you can't get a pretty good job or a promotion
without knowing proper English.

Second, many of the world’s top films, books and music are published and
produced in English. Therefore by learning English you will have access to entertainment
and you will be able to learn something new or to read more and this way you will have
a high degree of culture.

Another reason why English is important in our lives is the internet. Almost all
the content produced on the internet is in English so you must know it in order to
understand what it is all about and also to communicate with other people via internet.
Knowing English allows you access an incredible amount of information which may not
be otherwise available.

In conclusion, my opinion is that, if you want to go ahead in your life and in your
evolution you should learn English so that it would be easier for you to reach your
achievements. For many years, English has been the common world-wide language, and
it will be in the future. For this reason, if you want to follow trends, new gadgets and
technology, you have to know English whatever age you are.
